Our Story
Incorporated in 2005, Indocraft (Pty) Ltd had initially operated as a manufacturing concern. The company is synonymous with quality and its operations reflects professionalism and delivery on customer expectations. Rapid expansion of our order book resulted in Indocraft acquiring a 1,200m2 manufacturing facility which was modernised with the latest manufacturing machinery to ensure that we remain at the cutting-edge of industry developments.
In 2018, a strategic decision was made to change the core operations from manufacturing to services based, focusing on Project Management, skills development and training, and event management. Since then, Indocraft has developed to offer a range of additional professional services, including but not limited to the following, i.e.

Our Principled Work and Business Ethic
The very fabric of Indocraft is based on creating an enabling environment in which all role players within our process can meet their goals and aspirations.
Our process is highly customer centric and is seen as a partnership with the customer. Every step from conception to project completion includes regular consultations between our highly qualified staff and the customer. Quality is non-negotiable and completed projects are subjected to rigorous quality control processes. Only once these have been completed is the project handed over to the customer. The business is ISO 9001:2000 compliant.
At Indocraft we take our role of developing the industry very seriously. We take pride in our efforts to develop industry skill levels. The lives of many of our previous staff members have been improved due to their development into skilled professionals. It thus stands to reason that a focus on skills development and training was a natural evolvement to form a critical part of core operations.
